Big News: Carabello Coffee is Expanding!

As you may have seen on social media or at our five year party this week we have BIG news! 

Carabello Coffee is buying our building and expanding to the corner of Monmouth Street. 

This expansion and rehab will allow us to expand seating indoor and out, have a slow coffee bar, roasting annex, and training lab.  We are SOOO excited! 

We cannot do this without you and will most definitely need YOUR HELP to make it a reality.

On Black Friday we will be launching a kickstarter crowd funding to raise the initial build-out costs. 

We are busy behind the scenes tapping into potential grant money, tax credits, and a matching façade grant with the city of Newport.  We are determined to leave no stone unturned but we will definitely need your help to make this happen!  Keep your eyes and ears peeled for info coming soon.

If you are on this email list, then you have probably followed our story, and know that we have started and continued without investors or debt.  However, we have taken the business as far as we can without an outside infusion of capital. 

We will really need the help of our faithful coffee community to make this dream a reality. 

Any help spreading the word, donating to kickstarter or telling your friends on social media is all important!  We will be sharing more news about this soon via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

We really believe that the transformation of this building will help the Newport business district reach a tipping point, which will spur more revitalization.  Many great new businesses have entered Newport lately, and there are still many spaces to go! 

We hope our efforts will encourage more businesses to join the growth!
