Imagine harvesting coffee in the cloud forest of Nicaragua. Standing beside you is a little old Nicaraguan woman helping you pick ripe coffee cherries, all around you are the sounds of the most exciting time of year for coffee farmers. For 5 days you live and eat with the harvesters in the misty mountains while experiencing a 5-day class on coffee growing, harvesting, processing, roasting and cupping in English! In short, you will follow coffee from seed to cup, from the nursery to the roasting lab - something very few people ever get the chance to do.
This opportunity is for reals! Carabello Coffee has been given the opportunity to offer a once in a lifetime trip to live on a Nicaraguan coffee farm for 5 days.
