Nicaragua La Amistad
We are excited to bring one of our familiar favorites back to our shelves. La Amistad is a coffee that we have purchased for many years from our friend Luis Balladarez in Nicaragua. It is a micro lot from his prize winning farm Un Regalo de Dios.
This lot does not disappoint on flavor and delivers on everything a coffee should be. Luis continues to fine tune his washed processed coffees and by slowing down the drying process, we have found that the flavors have become even more developed.
“Friendship” is a fitting meaning for La Amistad. It is symbolic of our relationship with Luis whose friendship is such an incredible blessing. We feel so thankful to receive his wonderful coffees year after year.
