Nicaragua Lo Prometido Natural
**All local pick up orders will remain available for 30 days. After 30 days they will be donated to a local charity due to storage space.**
This is our second natural micro lot from Luis Alberto this year. This is from his farm "Lo Prometido", which is in the mountains along the municipality of Mozonte. This is a newer farm of Luis, and he is hard at work on it experimenting with his favorite varieties and tinkering with his quality agronomical practices.
This is a natural processed coffee composed of a hybrid bean known for its giant size, pacamara. Luis takes care to only have very ripe cherry selected for his natural process coffees, which are then carefully dried under canopies for a month and then hulled.
The result is an intensely fruity and complex coffee.
