34 Colombia Franco Lopez
This is an exceptional coffee from Nariño, Colombia. It comes to us from a farmer named Franco Lopez, on his farm La Mina. He maintains 50% shade through the whole farm and grows all caturra - all of this at a whopping 2050 meters above sea level! He also dries his coffee under a parabolic covering, which slows drying and contributes greatly to increasing the quality of the coffee. Franco turned 72 years old this year, and his decades of experience shows in this gleaming cup! This is everything you'd want in a Colombian coffee, rich sweetness and chocolate, crisp acidity and great body.
