35 El Salvador Pacas Natural
This beautiful coffee is the handiwork of Carlos Mauricio Lemus Landaverde. Carlos runs his 4-hectacre family farm in La Palma, El Salvador at a much younger age than most- While he was still a very young man, his father passed away tragically in a car accident. Carlos has risen to the challenge, working to maintain and improve on the techniques of his father. He placed in the highly competitive 2017 Cup of Excellence competition, which is a remarkable achievement as a smallholder farmer. His coffee is sorted rigorously and dried slowly. The result is a superbly clean natural with lush acidity and a massive sweetness.
