As roasters, cupping coffee is one of the most interesting things we get to do on a weekly basis. And bringing coffee-loving folks like you into this sensory exercise is really exciting to us. Get ready for a lot of slurping and spitting … you’re gonna love it!
The Coffee Cupping class offers an opportunity to learn and practice the essentials of sensory evaluation. This sensory evaluation process allows us to assess fragrance, aroma, acidity, sweetness, body, flavor and the overall potential a coffee has to offer a roaster.
