Our Decaf Colombia Caldas is so unique because of the processing this coffee went through. It's processed by the Sugar Cane Decaf Process. This process basically uses sugar cane to extract all the caffeine from the coffee. This is also traditionally done with Colombian coffees. With this process, it allows the natural notes of the coffee to appear in each cup! No more flat tasting decaf coffee!
