Carabello Coffee

Honduras Rosenda Manueles

**All local pick up orders will remain available for 30 days.  After 30 days they will be donated to a local charity due to storage space.**

Back again for the third year is coffee from our friend, Rosenda Manueles. She is a coffee farmer from the Santa Barbara mountain in Honduras.  This year we were given the opportunity to purchase her ENTIRE farm's production as our continuing promise of a relationship with her in which we will pay her a good price for her coffee so she can begin improving her farm and processes. This is exactly the kind of opportunities that we desire more of and we look forward, not to just this years' coffee, but to enjoying Rosenda's coffee for years to come.  We had the opportunity to meet her in person in April of 2018 when we traveled to Honduras. We have made a commitment to purchase all of her coffee every year at a premium price.

The coffee itself is really lovely and will be a crowd pleaser for sure.  Honestly, we are calling it "crushable," meaning people are going to love pounding it.  It is a classic Honduras flavor profile, which is marked by a really smooth and approachable body.  Coffees from this part of Honduras have become the most prized of the entire nation.

In the Cup

This coffee is very enjoyable and easy to drink.  It is what we like to call "All Day Coffee," as it is really one of those coffees that seem to do well at all times of the day: morning, afternoon and with dessert after dinner.
