Mexico Mixteca

We are so excited to welcome our Mexico Mixteca back to our shelves! This coffee is sourced from the Oaxaca region of Mexico which is well known for producing some of the best tasting coffee in the country. With over 16 distinct indigenous groups, Oaxaca boasts incredible diversity of culture and social perspective. Additionally, there is also a great range of environmental and climatic diversity throughout the region.

This coffee was sourced by Red Fox Coffee Merchants who shared that Mixteca was the first group they had worked with in Mexico. They currently work with seven different communities within Mixteca and are constantly seeking to “dig in and branch out"—exploring new relationships while investing in the ones they have already established. The coffee that Red Fox has selected for this lot is comprised of coffee from various farms whose coffees have been meticulously vetted for quality. Oaxacan coffees are the kind of coffees that you could quite easily drink all day and still not get enough. This one is no exception!
