Wet process video

Here is a video we took about the first step of coffee processing.  This is a video of the first step of the process after harvesting.  The coffee comes through a huge vat and is shaken with water to go through a screen.  The large, high quality coffee cherries do not go through the screen, while the lower quality, smaller beans do.  This higher quality separated coffee then goes through the de-pulper to get the fruit off the bean.
