ONLINE RETURN POLICY

COFFEE
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at sarahc@carabellocoffee.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE ITEMS)
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Returns on merchandise (non-coffee) items must be done within 20 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned to our Roastery, they can’t be returned to our café locations. Please email your order number, name, reason for a return and the item and quantity you wish to return. If anything is broken or damaged in transit, please send photos with your email.  We will not refund the price of shipping. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.  

 

CAFE RETURN POLICY

on coffee, syrups or food items due to the perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If there was a concern or you were dissatisfied with your bagged coffee, we can replace it with other coffee, but cannot be returned for cash, gift cards, or other items.

NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS (merch, apparel, brew gear)
Apparel: must be clean, unworn, free of holes or other signs of wear.  You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.  Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.  Can only be returned to original form of purchase or for a store credit.  Cannot be returned for cash.  If you need an alternate size, but we no longer carry this item, we will give you a gift card for that amount to be used in the cafe. 

Brew Gear: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.  Receipt or proof of purchase required.  Can only be returned to original form of purchase or for a store credit.  Cannot be returned for cash.  If merch was damaged or broken upon opening, we will exchange for new item of the same kind, as long as it is in stock.
