This coffee is a classic Ethiopian goodness, with heirloom varieties producing a pristine cup that is prized for its depth of flavor and complexity. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee and is still prized as producing the best coffees in the world.
We have been working with the Omran family since 2018, and they are doing some fantastic humanitarian and compassionate work among their community in Western Ethiopia. Learn more about their coffee farm here.
In the Cup
This is the highest scoring coffee in the fundraiser. Expect a balanced cup with a silky body and notes of peach, blueberry, cocoa, lemon zest and some floral aromatics.
