Jeff Ruby's Signature Blend (Med-Dark) - JOHNSON PTO

**Robust, Smooth, Roasty & Delicious**

If you know the Jeff Ruby name, you know it is synonymous with unparalleled quality.  When we were given the opportunity to roast the coffee for the Jeff Ruby restaurants back in 2013, we were stoked to be able to present a high quality specialty coffee at the end of a USDA Prime steak dinner.  Once we introduced it for sale retail, it instantly became one of our best selling coffees. 

This is the same coffee served in the Jeff Ruby's restaurants.  The blend consists of three fully-traceable coffees from Nicaragua, Honduras, and Ethiopia, that are roasted just a little beyond medium.  Not quite a full-on dark roast, this blend is rich, full-bodied and just a touch roasty.  

In the Cup:
Big, Smooth and approachable with notes of Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla and stone fruit sweetness.
