Honduras La Navi Dark

This coffee comes to us from a small group of farmers in Lempira, Honduras.  We are really excited about the future of working with these Honduran producers.  They contribute 100% of their annual crop to the mill. This coffee is then sorted into lots based on quality. The La Navi is one of their top lots! This program is great for the producers because it means they get paid for all of their crop, not just the best coffee.

We source La Navi specifically as a component for many of our staple blends. Though this coffee is a team player, it is fully capable of standing on its own. In addition to deeply caramelized sugars, this darker roast profile highlights the coffee’s chocolaty and malty flavors. We are very excited to offer an additional coffee with a darker roast profile!
