That's exactly how I felt when a friend recently told me about Carabello Coffee (recently named Best Coffee in the State of Kentucky by USA Today) near my hometown of Cincinnati, OH.
I quickly setup a meeting with one of the founders, Justin Carabello, and was blown away by the shop itself. Between their main cafespace, Analog Coffee Bar, Roasting Works, and overall vibe of the place - it truly was the coolest coffee shop I'd ever stepped foot inside.
Oh, and the coffee itself was incredible.
Beyond that, the mission that drives Justin and Emily Carabello is to be a philanthropic coffee roasting company. That means they source exceptional coffees, and then use a good chunk of their profits to fund works of compassion in the places they buy coffee like Nicaragua and Honduras.
