Jubilation Christmas Blend

'Tis the season for our Jubilation Christmas Blend! This is the 12th Jubilation release, and it is our most anticipated Seasonal release of the year for good reason! Want something truly special? Get Jubilation in a 12 oz Limited Edition tin!

Each year we use a combination of three Nicaraguan coffees from our friend Luis Alberto Balladarez. These coffees are carefully selected specifically for the Jubilation Blend by Luis himself. The magic of this blend lies in its incorporation of three different processing methods: washed, honey, and natural. 

This year's blend is extra special: each component is the same pacamara varietal from the same farm—so it's the same bean processed three different ways! (Technically, this makes this year's blend a Single Origin blend, just like our Nicaraguan Blend.) When creating this year's blend, it was so interesting to compare the three coffees to see how simply changing the processing method brings out such different flavors.

Not only is our Jubilation Blend a celebration of this holiday season but it is also a celebration of our relationships with our friends in Nicaragua. This truly is some of the best coffee that Nicaragua has to offer and we are so excited to share it with you!
