We have tried a LOT of spiritless bourbons/whiskeys in mocktails and this one is our favorite so far! It actually has the burn you are looking for to cut through in the drink.
Monday Whiskey is matured in new white oak with rich butterscotch and burnt brown sugar on the nose. The palate is layered elegantly with roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses, finishing long with spicy heat down the middle.
